People & Parks Conference 2026 Shell Scheme Booths

For the People & Parks Conference 2026 Expo, i-Touch 360 successfully provided the full shell scheme infrastructure at the Mittah Seperepere Convention Centre. Held from 02–04 March 2026, this was a high-pressure national rollout that required our team to work outside of our usual home base. Despite the urgent nature of the project, we delivered all technical and structural requirements on time and to the exact specifications of the organizers.

The Design & Build

Our team managed the transport, installation, and breakdown for a total of 14 exhibition booths. Each space was designed to be functional and clean, providing a professional platform for the various regional trusts and government departments involved.

Key Stand Features:

• Custom Graphics: We supplied and installed high-quality branding for participants like Igula Tours, Makuleke CPA, and the Kordom Safari Trust.
• Integrated Media: Several booths included wall-mounted TV screens to showcase digital presentations and videos.
• Specialized Flooring: For the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment booth, we installed a custom green artificial grass carpet to create an outdoor-themed atmosphere.
• Furniture Supply: Each booth was equipped with matching counters, brochure racks, and seating to ensure a consistent look across the expo floor.
